Users in Quant can create an account sync and backup their OTP accounts or identities. This guide explains how to delete such an account. One can either do that within the app or contact support.
Automatically / In-App
a) Open the App
b) The the menu at the top right and go to Settings -> Account -> Delete Account
c) Enter your Password
To confirm that you really want to delete your account, enter your account's password.
Manually
If you lost your password or don't have access to the mobile anymore you may request that Quant's support deletes the account for you. Contact support@quantauth.com to start the process. Make sure that you send the email from an email address associated with your account.
